5 Vintage anime movies/series worth watching

Anime is something we are watching from generations. People love when their favorite manga characters are given feelings. Also we all do have loads of crushes on these anime characters. In our current generation anime is as tagged overrated, but how exactly? Is it a new emerging trend? well...Anime isn't a new trend,Anime had been since 80's.But why does nobody watch these movies made in 80s and 90s ? According to me these golden movies and shows are forgotten.

It was pretty nostalgic re-watching these movies after so many years and I did see these movies lack good animation .I think the story-line and details on the characters are perfect.

Now lets move forward and recollect these these amazing shows

1.CREAMY MAMI, THE MAGIC ANGEL

Creamy mami, the magic angel was the first Magical Girl series done by Studio Pierrot 1983.If you're more into magic, adventure, fantasy I assure you this is the best show for you .the plot goes like a 10-year old girl named Yuu Morisawa works hard with her parents at crepe store also goes to school. until one day she saw a space ship ,given magic powers to save aliens and people in needy. Two cats named Nega and Poji accompany her in her journey. Together they fight with other mean aliens. The best part in this show is when Yuu hides her true identity and transforms to a beautiful 16yr old pop singer named creamy mami, with gorgeous violet hair. This show was very popular in europe, this show ran for 99 episodes.

2. SAILOR MOON

Sailor Moon, known in Japan as Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon,is a 1992 Japanese anime television series. The protagonist of this show Usagi Tsukino is a fourteen year old also known as sailor moon.her guardians Sailors Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus .They are later joined by Chibiusa and four more guardians: Sailors Pluto, Uranus, Neptune, and Saturn to save the universe. This show involves normal lives of middle-schoolers and true friendship among her fellow sailors.*no more spoilers*.The genre of this show is centered about adventure and magic. Watch sailor moon if you really like quests and heroic adventures.

3. RANMA 1/2

The protagonist Ranma Saotome is a top-class martial artist and prodigy at the Saotome school of martial arts. While training in China, his terrible fate when he accidentally falls into a cursed hot spring. Ranma gets cursed to turn into a girl when splashed with cold water and only hot water can turn him back into a boy. The plot of this show is really humorous. The genre of this show involves friendship and comedy. The chapters collected into 38 tankōbon volumes by Shogakukan. Will anybody find a way to reverse the effects of the legendary cursed springs? find out by watching this series.

4.GRAVEYARD OF FIREFLIES

Graveyard of firefliesbased on the 1967 semi-autobiographical by Akiyuki animated by Studio ghibli . This story was set during world war 2. When I personally watched this movie at end I was filled with tears.
The movie opens on an evening in 1945, after Japan's surrender at the end of World War 2; and in a train station, the young Seita dies alone. The rest of the movie tells us, in flashback, how things have come to this. Seita and Setsuko are two young Japanese children growing up in the waning days of World War 2. Seita works hard passing all difficulties to survive with his young sister. The genre of this movie is tragedy and war.

5.WHISPER OF HEART

Whisper of heart is an another ghibli animated film from 1995.A 14-year-old junior high school student shizuku who loves books. The opening of movie takes place during summer. shizuku borrows books from the library and finds in the library card someone borrows same books as her.She then finds the person is a fellow student from her school seji. The places in this movie are so aesthetic 🌟. Meanwhile, seji inspires shizuku to follow her passion.I really love when shizuku writes a book and the way she craves for inspirations to add in her story. Ultimately if you find interest in writing shizuku will definitely inspire you. There are some little adventures to follow up so go ahead and watch them.
